I am writing this letter to let you know that two of your employees have gone up and above as it relates to their job. Your employees Roy & Johnny arrived at my home on Monday, October 19, 2015 to begin a job our home builder (Fulton Homes) is taking care of for us. I have to tell you they were very courteous, introduced themselves and explained to me what the process was. They assisted me in removing my household items from the affected area to another location in my home and started immediately working on this issue, including covering/protecting my floors.
I want to let you know they are both really hard workers and I appreciate it that. They were both efficient and personable and have done a quality job. They will be heading out again today sometime to complete the job. I just wanted to say Thank You Roy & Johnny in advance to a job well done.
